I wanted to give zero star for everything coz they don't even deserve one star. Pathetic behaviour of the employees here. I was in drive through to order and she refused everything literally everything except coffee. For God's sake i don't know if they don't wanna customers to come than ... close this, what's the use to keep it open. I was not even late at night, it was just 2200 but the lady was not in mood to serve or to work. Poor attitude of the workers. Won't come here again. Read more

Poor Customer Service, Cashier was rude and not in mood to take order for Pizza flatbread !! And did an excuse oven is under cleaning.

I do not understand how 7 people could listen to my order and messed up 3 times.. Thank you Tim Hortons, you didn't surprise me at all!

Went to grab breakfast early this morning, and this lady staff taking drive thru orders is very rude. When I was saying my orders, she was interrupting me while am speaking. When I was trying to confirm my orders based on what she punched, she was interrupting me. The when I ... got to the till window, I got two coffee, then I said i only ordered 1 coffee and two omelettes. Then this lady said okay ill refund you, didn't even apologize for t not taking my order correctly, then she was talking to another staff inside saying" you overheard right she said two so it's not our fault", then I said hey, I clearly said a medium cold brew and two omelettes and she just ignored me. Rate low due to poor drive through interactions . And multiple chances given. This is by far the worst Tim location in Saskatoon. Staff doesn’t care, she got my order wrong then when I proceeded through to get my food was mumbled at had my wrap thrown at me and ... then her and two other staff member say something in a different language and all laugh at me. I wanted a farmers sausage wraps meal… hashbrown and coffee but just got the wrap. The management really needs to be looked at for customer service training and how to have friendly staff. I was not greeted or told to have a good day just basic service skills.They are going to be in serious trouble when Starbucks opens. I drove all the way to the Preston Starbucks and was talked to friendly and cautiously today. Time was around 11:30. Read more
