Is it really free?
Yes. Listing your restaurant and posting offers costs nothing, and we never take a commission on your sales.
How does MainMenus make money?
Diners pay for a MainMenus membership to unlock deals. That’s what keeps the platform free for restaurants.
Do I have to scan the coupon?
Scanning is optional, but we recommend it. It records the redemption so you can track results, and it confirms the code is genuine. If you don’t scan, check that the guest is logged in to the MainMenus app and showing a live offer, not a screenshot. This helps prevent fraudulent use.
Can I limit how often someone uses my deal?
Yes. Make each offer single-use per member or unlimited, and add conditions like a minimum spend or dine-in only.
How long does my offer stay live?
Offers run for 12 months before they can be changed. Members plan visits around the deals they see, so this keeps your offer dependable for them. Choose terms you’re comfortable honouring for the year.
Do my staff need special equipment?
No. Any smartphone or tablet with a camera works. Just open app.mainmenus.com and log in.
My restaurant is already on MainMenus. What do I do?
Search for it on our homepage and claim it. Once it’s yours, you can update the details and post offers.
