Micisotan Cafe has been in business for over 20 years. It is an open style cafe, customers are able to see everything that happens in the kitchen as well as fridges and freezers,therefore there is no hiding of anything, unlike most restaurants. If the previous comment customer was at Micisotan ... Cafe during the busy hours YES things get messy. The cafe is extremely busy especially at Christmas time. You are assured though that the Cafe welcomes anyone to have a look around to see this "Dirty" comment was surely meant as messy at the busy times of a hectic day.This comment either meant messy or was put on by a disgruntled ex employee.
