Went in last night with my mom . To start off service was TERRIBLE. We had ordered their wonton soup with no shrimp all because my mom has a seafood allergy. Even though we had told our sever several times that my mom has a SEVERE seafood allergy. She still ... brought us wonton soup with shrimp. After asking for a new bowl of soup she came back with another bowl of wonton soup. Within minutes of having some my mom started to have a reactaction and ended up in the emergency. With that being said my mom is extremely cautious of what goes into her food when we are out. She has had this allergy for 20 plus years and is extremely cautious to let the server's know of the allergy and to make sure no seafood comes in contact with her order. Absolutely the worst in Saskatoon. Shame on me because I keep going back for more punishment. Not anymore! They are so cheap with their take out. Half full peanut sauce when every other Asian take out is very generous. 3/4 full chowmein and fried rice containers. Charge 3.50 for substitutions ... in combination dinners even though the item replacing is more than the new item. Chicken balls are all batter. Total rip off! No wonder the restaurant is empty all the time. Probably won’t be in business much longer! Food is very average but the only Asian place in my area. Read more

Holy batter balls batman! First time eating here. I'm nearby so thought id try despite the mixed reviews. I got a combo and it wasn't that great. The fried rice and chow mein was passable but not really any flavor and very small pieces of chicken . Like 6/10 rating. ... but the chicken balls and friend shrimp were pretty gross. They were so much batter and then this small piece of chopped up dried chicken or shrimp inside. Like wouldn't recommend - at least the combos. Maybe their regular menu is better and they just make the combos out of left overs. This is a two for me.... Could be worse for you as I am by no means a picky eater. I still like Macdonald hamburgers and basically food has to he "offputting" for me to have an opinion either way lol. Read more

1) The batter in our chicken balls was still raw on the inside. 2) Both our orders of ginger beef and peppered beef had more onions than any other ingredient in the meal. After eating we were left with the equivalent of 2 full onions in our plates. 3) the wait staff ... is non existent. Even with no one else in the restaurant the waiter did not check how our food was once. Did not refill empty water glasses. Did not ask if we need anything boxed. The only time we saw him was to take our order and bring the food out. All in all a negative experience. Won't be back again in the future. Read more

Absolutely terrible... We were visiting from out of town and stopped in for dinner. It was the most bland and tasteless food we've probably ever had. The hot and sour soup was a thin, flavourless broth with a bunch of raw onion slices! There was no meat, ... no tofu, no mushroom…! I ate a spoon or two and set it aside. We also ordered two full dishes to share and they were just as awful. We tried a few bites of each and then stopped because it was that bad. The waitress came back and didn't even ask how the food was. We had obviously stopped eating even though the food was barely touched. She asked if we wanted it packed up and we said NO (we had decided to go get cheap burgers from Dr instead). She just said okay and brought us the bill for the FULL AMOUNT. Didn't ask what the problem was, didn't offer to help fix the issue, didn't ask how we found the food, nothing! Very very poor customer care. We will never go back. Read more
