New York Fries - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

I love the taste of it, the fries are always fresh, hot and crispy. Service was not good. Location -midtown plaza.

Service was Normal no issues there, but nothing special, lacked ingredients compared to what you seen on menu board and new cup design.. terrible and atmosphere non existent since it's midtown plaza 🤷

I ordered a regular Flamin Bacon fry, but they gave me regular poutine instead. When I went back and mentioned they gave me the wrong one, everybody else was understanding, but an elderly lady with specs claimed I took someone else's order. I took the tray with my receipt (which ... was correct), indicating they were the ones who misplaced the order. Despite this, they didn’t even apologize, but instead insisted that I was the one who took it. She was very rude. This was around 6:30 pm on March 28th.
