Fantastic service, food and prices, favorite place for our family

Food was good. Service was wonderful. a few minor errors with the orders but besides that it was a terrific experience.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We order one vegetarian and one chicken pizza and told them clearly not any other kind of meat. WE ORDER AT 5.54PM AND WE received AT 7PM ONE VEGI AND OTHER ONE WITH HAM. WHICH WE CANT EATAND WE CALLED THEM THAT YOU DELIVER WRONG PIZZA AND MANAGER LADY ... SAID ,"YOU GUYS DOING THIS ALWAYS". PROBABLY THIS HAPPENED WITH SOMEBODY ELSE AND SHE WAS CONFUSED. THE SIMPLE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM WAS VERY simple TAKE THAT PIZZA BACK AND GIVE US ONLY CHICKEN OR VEGI pizza BUT SHE KEEP DOING ARGUMENT AND WE KEEP WAITING FOR OUR DINNER FROM 6 PM TILL 9 PMCAN YOU BELIEVE IT. They screwed up our order. We asked for a pizza with no ham. After waiting 30 minutes for it to be cooked, we brought it home and realized that it had ham and the bottom was slimy. I called them and was put on hold for 5minutes for the lady ... to tell me that someone will call me back. Seven minutes later, i called back because none returned my call. The lady asked how she can make this better... She offers more 20% off my next order? Um NO! I want the pizza i paid for! She couldn't make that call so she had to ask her boss, but said she wasn't sure if he would do that. (Why would this be difficult to do?) So a few minutes later she calls me back and tells me to return this pizza and they will make us the correct pizza. They wouldn't even offer to deliver it. I asked how long it will take for the new pizza and she says 30 minutes. Are youkidding me?! They won't even put a rush on it! So it's an hour later and still waiting for our pizza. Read more
