Worst customer service ever- highly rude staff. They don’t have any fixed price and charge as per their convenience. They can add any random charge for their profit. We took samosas from them so many times and every time they charge different. This time we were going after a long time so we ... called and confirmed the price and they said it is $0.75. We called after 10 min, confirmed the price again and placed the order and they made a total bill of $6. The representative could not explain the increase the total. So, he handed over the phone to someone else. The girl who took the phone said we have increased the price just now at the moment. She was extremely rude and said that buy if you want or not but we just increased the price at the moment. There staff is highly unprofessional and rude. Read more
