Great ice cream, mediocre to good staff and too costly. Staff were someone friendly and approachable. The tables were a bit messy and sticky which is not a quality I was looking for in this creamery. There was air conditioning which was nice. The reason I gave this only three ... stars was because the messy chairs and tables were a bit much and the ice cream cost too much. I might come again if I have enough money in my pocket. I would recommend coming here if you're fine with highly priced ice cream and is going to be going elsewhere to eat. Read more

We brought along our 11yr old granddaughter and enjoyed the service and a free sample or two as we made up our minds. I thought the ice cream tasted great! ( and for those who love milk shakes....they looked crazy amazing and rich!! With like 2-3 cups of ice cream ... blended in... made for the 2 in front of me in line) The only reason I don't give 5 stars ( I started with 3...) is because I think prices at these types of places is way too high!! And because the music was way too LOUD! We went specifically to have a special time with our granddaughter and it was pretty impossible to have a conversation! That was sad! But next time I will ask them to turn it down so we can visit together if the weather keeps us inside again. Online on the website it says you can get free mix ins and we used the online coupons. We ordered 4 1 litre tubs and the price we were supposed to pay was $30 instead of $45. When we got there the lady told us we had to pay $45. ... She told us that she had to go buy the menu. She we told her that we had a deal online. We even showed her the recipe that we got online about it. All she told us was "sorry but it's $1 a mix in and $10.95 for a litre". What a joke. I would never recommend going here again. Read more
