Feel cheated to have my favorite drink iced strawberry matcha latte containing 60% ice and rest of the water with few strawberry chunks Not done

The baristas here don't know how to make drinks properly. The consistency and quality of the drinks being made here is downright terrible. The last few times I have gotten my usual drink (iced shaken espresso with oat milk) it has been so watery and bitter. I select the light ... ice option and they fill the drink up with half ice. They also barely put any oat milk in the drink, despite me paying extra for it. Edit: I have given this location multiple chances since, and they still can't seem to get it right.
