Good choices in flavours. Service is usually quick. Today I decided to try the mango smoothie. It was lacking in flavor. There was a hint of mango but not enough. I don't recommend it.

I usually don't give 1 star but yesterday we got 5 slush bubble teas and they were all so watery. Not sure what is going as this is the first time we encountered this at this location. Now that I have read other reviews looks like I'm not the only ... one that experienced this. This was our go to for years and after what we got last night just straight up juice no slush at all we will not be returning. Update: Someone did reach out to me after I posted this review and they asked for details and were apologetic. I did go back yesterday and tried it again and I must say there was a big difference in our drinks from what we got last time we were there. This time it wasn't watery and all 5 drinks were perfect consistency. I don’t understand why anyone would get bubble tea here, the bubble tea has a weird flavor and tastes very watered down. We got the caplico yogurt and passion fruit slush but we were disappointed in the flavors. Would never come back again.

Such kind and efficient staff and amazing products + selection too. It’s always packed here but I never have to wait too long. I was helped by Jexler today and he was incredibly personable helping me with the app too. Highly recommend. Also try the Royal Rocher!

Lowest quality vanilla ice cream used in UFO boba. The old ice-cream left out in freezer you literary taste the iced parts. Also no humility in the serving lady. Wasted a couple of bucks.
