Worst experience ever. I ordered a medium pineapple sundae and I was expecting some sort of pineapple sauce to go with the pineapple chunks in the sundae. I am giving one star because I have to give atleast something to review them otherwise they deserve 0 star. I went there and ask for two small smoothies. When lady started to make it I told her that I want less ice she said in small glass we have ... to put atleast half ice and I told I just asked for less ice. They refused to serve just because I am asking less ice and they have set limit of giving half ice in glass. These people are greedy and looting everyone. If I pay 7 something dollar for such expensive smoothie atleast I have right to choose how much I want. Rather these people make excuse we have to put half ice in glass this is standard. My son 2 weeks ago,the cashier gave him the wrong change by $10.00 and he was told it was impossible for him to make a mistake because he pushes the dollar amount in which tells him the change to give, REALLY.. so he said he would come back at close and ... she told him they don't give out their overages and called security. I didn't make a fuss, not loud and she more or less told me to screw off. I will see if I get the same from the owner or head office. Will never go their again and will tell as many people as I can... word of mouth is the best advertisement. I'm sure she disliked my white skin. Read more
