Looks like I will have to find another local pub. We have visited several times a year for the past 5 years and always enjoyed it. Now that it’s under new management it’s very different. Food was terrible for all 4 of our meals. Tip: stay away from the calamari (tiny ... portion of mostly battered banana peppers) quesadilla (they throw anything in there, not what the menu specifies) Montreal Smoked meat sandwich (more like a mustard sandwich with a piece of meat), Thai salad (with rotini in it as Asian noodles???) Brewsters wrap was completely bland. So disappointing and not worth the money. Read more
I wish I read these reviews before we went back! Our office staff have been going there periodically for the past 6 years but haven’t been in a few months. It was terrible! The calamari happy hour portion is barely enough for 1 person. The Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich looked ... like something you would serve a small child. The quesadilla was missing the onion, corn, avocado crema & any flavour. The noodles in Thai chicken salad were more like rotini than Asian egg noodles. The Brewer’s wrap was completely lacking flavour. Though the place was pretty empty, our server never refilled our drinks or cleared our appy dishes. She only asked how our meals were after we finished eating. We informed her that we only ate it because we were hungry & on a time crunch. She was apologetic about the food but didn’t offer a discount. She did ask if we wanted anything else to eat. We laughed! Read more
Probably some of the worst food I’ve ever had, and way overpriced. You know you have a failing pub when you have to raise the prices. Ordered the wings which were rubber and had no flavour. Most things seemed like they’re brought in frozen and just deep fried. The fish ... and chips were so greasy it turned me off. The “chef” can’t call himself a chef if that’s the standards. Management great way to ruin a pub Read more
This chain is very inconsistent... In Calgary it's amazing.. here but so much. The restaurant itself is very dark and in need of a good remodel. The fish was very oily along with the French fries. The batter was way too thick.. The only shining light was the service.

Took a while for the food to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Everything we had was fresh, tasted amazing. The server was very friendly.
