Second time that got wrong size or missing items this time was both , I ordered a double 1/4 pounder and got a single patty , kids ordered 2 muffins that did not get packed, this was at 13h27 , they where not very busy. Trans# 1LY62G2F4W
Nice and clean In store order, quick and effective. Not much service but you gonna feel peace and comfort. Drive thru available, and lots of parking, will come again if I choose Mc.
We tried to order a coffee, mocha and apple juice at the drive thru but the apple juice isn’t available. When we’re about to pay, the staff told us that mocha isn’t available as well. When we reach the window, the supervisor/manager handed me my coffee and saying it was 2 ... cream and 1 sugar which I tried to confirm that my order was 3 sugar and 2 cream but then he said that “that is what I meant”. I tasted my coffee and there’s not even a hint of sugar that I tasted. It was very disappointing that a staff member who should ensure the products being served was up to standards. **Edited Review** I previously gave this place a five-star review due to their excellent service and fast drive-through, as well as an overall good dining experience. However, over the last two days, my experience has changed significantly. The washroom is in a horrible condition, with overflowing issues that I reported to ... the customer care staff yesterday. I suggested they at least put a note indicating it’s closed for maintenance, but nothing was done. Today, I saw no notes on the doors, but the washroom still smelled awful and over flowing. I urge the staff or managers to address this issue promptly. This location used to be great, but I’m now uncertain about its future quality. Read more
