I would give this place more than 5 starts if I could…. My experience at Sapristi was so perfect that it’s definitely on my visit list for the next time I’m in Quebec City! The atmosphere is amazing, the interiors are gorgeous and the indoors are not as crammed as we ... had expirience day some other places. We started with a bucket of matchstick fries and they were a little oily-er than what I would’ve liked but ooof the crunch! We finished the first bucket in no time and ordered a second one because we were so pleased with it! We also got the buffalo flatbread and it’s one of the best pieces of food I’ve had in Quebec! Quick service, didn't have any reservations, walked in and were seated immediately. Food is good, service is great as well. Recommended.

Great place to have food when in Quebec city. Didn't have a reservation but got seated right away inside the restaurant. Patios were full. Delicious food, pizzas & pastas. Terrific service.

Service was very good, friendly staff. Nice morden yet warm atmosphere. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the food. Our dishes were room temperature and lacked flavor & love.

Visited for dinner, great atmosphere and cozy. Didn’t have a reservation and were seated right away. Although recommend a reservation for not waiting too long at the door. We ordered the funghi pizza, buffalo chicken flat bread, and a pasta. Everything tasted nice and fresh, however we expected the portion ... of pizzas to be a bit bigger.
