Absolutely incredible! We came to celebrate our first year anniversary and couldn't have been happier. Of course the atmosphere is delightful, with the scenery gently rotating past as you dine. However, the quality of the food greatly impressed us! We had the scallops, chicken, and pork cheeks. They all were ... cooked perfectly, delightfully seasoned, and mouth-wateringly good! The prices were very reasonable for the experience and quality of food! And to top it off, they surprised us with a lovely dessert and sparkler to celebrate the anniversary. It was a lovely touch. This place was the top recommendation from friends after learning we were visiting Old Quebec. Online reservation was a breeze. We were greeted very warmly and they let us in 30 mins before our reservation as we arrived early. The service was a great combo of professionalism, friendliness, and humor. ... The view was stunning! The food was amazing and very visually appealing! The dietary restrictions were taken very seriously from the very beginning. Amazing dining experience! We got a table next to the window, so it was really cool to see the city as the floor slowly rotates. The food was delicious too. Loved the fish and creme brulee. 😋 Very friendly waiter who knew the menu quite well. Superb atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing culinary experience at Le Ciel. We dined there on March 31, 2024. My wife has a gluten allergy which was communicated to the staff. The restaurant was very accommodating toward the dietary needs of my wife. Our server Julie C, was absolutely amazing. She was very ... well versed on the menu and of the possible allergens contained within certain menu items. She patiently explained everything on the menu and answered all our questions regarding gluten free. The food was amazing and each course from appetizer to desert was brought to us by a smiling Julie in the most professional and courteous manner. She delivered the wine service impeccably. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with the service and food. We were very honoured by the complimentary surprise desert brought to us in recognition of our wedding anniversary. I usually book a week or two ahead before our trip. But make sure ... to call the restaurant to ensure online reservations went through as our last reservations were not received by the restaurant, and they could not ensure us table by the window for one of our dinners...
