Best restaurant we ate at in the city. It was more pricey but very lovely. Portions are smaller for the entrees but very well done. They are kid friendly and even have kids menus. The 3 meat, 2 charcuterie board was fantastic! I had the short rib which was as tender as ... could be! Wife had the cod entree and said it wasn’t as good as mine. They are gluten free friendly. We made reservations which I highly suggest. This is a fabulous restaurant located in the Chateau Frontenac. The decor, atmosphere and service are exquisite. The food presentation ws very attractive and reasonably priced compared to other restaurant menus we see about the city. Some ... tables are overlooking the terrace and the St Lawrence River. The onion soup I had was the most delicious I've ever tasted. I requested a custom cocktail, and it was satisfyingly similar to the picture I showed the server. Ordering the Caesar salad and steak didn't disappoint either. The consistency of taste across Fairmont locations is impressive.

The place is great with an amazing view! Best location in Quebec city. Ask to be seated by the window. We were served by Annick, she was fantastic and lovely. All staff is really nice.
