Blown away! One of the best meals I have had (ever!). Every dish crafted beautifully and uniquely with outstanding flavor. And every single person there was very approachable and fun to talk to, made the whole experience even more memorable. Will definitely go back next time I am in Quebec.

Favorite restaurant that i’ve tried in Quebec. My steak frites had an insane amount of fries and they were delicious. I would definitely recommend if you’re in Quebec.

Exceptional food served in an informal and intimate environment. Very limited menu that changes weekly to ensure the freshest of ingredients. We had late reservations but arrived early and opted to sit at the bar with our Quebecois friends. It's an open kitchen so we were in front of the ... chefs preparing the meals; they are very talented. Reservations are required as there are set seating and ordering times to ensure that the kitchen isn't overwhelmed; don't come if you are in a hurry. Good local restaurant, but feels like being discriminated against. There was a waiter who didn't greet us before entering the restaurant. We did have eye contact but he was just standing. We had to approach him to inquire about seating, and he reluctantly showed us to our table. However, worthy of ... praise is the waitress at the restaurant who was very enthusiastic in serving us. Upon learning that we couldn't understand the French menu, she translated it entirely into English for us and explained and recommended dishes. The appetizer "Ris de veau" was quite good, but the main dishes were disappointing. The foods were too salty. Additionally, the steak fries made me question whether the steak was merely a side dish. The steak served to guests seated next to us appeared larger than mine. I wonder if one needs to understand French to order better dishes. Overall, a good experience. The food was good, and all tasted very fresh and was well seasoned. We were impressed by the wine menu, a nice selection of local and French wines. The service was a bit slow, there were very few guests as we took a later seating. Everything ... took a long time, at least drinks were served promptly.
