Still as good as before! Best original Italian recipes, home cooking. Excellent restaurant, low prices. Bring your own wine. I always loved this restaurant growing up, and I returned recently. Same owner and cook since 1965. I love it!

I went there about 15 years ago and hated the service. I went back less than a week ago...the pasta accompanying my veal (overcooked coated in brown sauce and mushrooms in Can) was drowned in Campbell's tomato cream! The iceberg salad accompanied by an olive and a slice of tomato ... was drizzled with vinegar only. The waitress ate the bread she served us and answered our questions with her mouth full. If you want to be fooled, go there, you won't be disappointed. It attracts customers with the promotion of 2 meals for $22 and the waitress doesn't warn you that if you show up as a group of 6 people, well HOORAY you get it done. Because you will pay a ... big price. $49 before tip for spaghetti and chicken parmegianna with 4 pieces of pasta for a total of $49.33. when we told the waitress that we had taken the menu on their website for 2/22$ and she told us that we had to find out because 6 for them is a group and the special does not apply not.... If we had known we would have taken 2 tables side by side because the restaurant was almost empty. She also said the portions would be smaller with this special... So it's definitely a STEAL.
