Delicious food with decent portions. Very clean and cosy atmosphere. It can get noisy with a group, as it's not very big. Wednesdays they have Table d'Hôte for 20$, with three choices.

We had diner there with a bunch of friends of ours. The ambience is really nice, decor is nothing special but feels cosy. The service was terrible and felt like we were bothering them. We ended up adding 2 more people to the reservation and the staff made us feel ... like we were bothering them for adding an extra table when the restaurant was half empty. Had the bavette de boeuf and the presentation and the food quality looked like it was catered food at a wedding. Potatoes were tasteless, meet was barely warm and so was the soupe actually. Meat was bland. This was the same around the table. No one liked their meal, where one actually stopped eating his meal because he felt his meat had turned bad already. Desert wasn't much better, creme brulé tasted more like a vanilla pudding with burnt sugar on it. The bill for two came up to 100$+ and came with an upset stomach which didn't end well either... if you know what I mean. This is a little hidden "bring your own wine" jewel in Dorion. My guest ordered the duck and I ordered the lamb. Both dishes were exquisite and the portions were huge. Food was excellent. You're also able to bring your own wine. I highly recommend filet mignon. It's easily the best filet mignon I've ever tasted. Restaurant makes you feel like you're in a 5 star Montreal restaurant.

The place I bring my friends when I want to go to a special place. The food is very very good, of superior quality, and the choice excellent. One of the best tables in the area I'd say. I love that there is one serving per table in the evening, so your can ... relax and talk, take your time, have an exquisite desert, coffee, talk, and are not rushed. But if you are on a rush, they will serve you rapidly. But I go there when I have lots of time to dine. The owners are very friendly and professional.
