I have been a regular for nearly three years. Today, I was met with spite, and the beans were measured with a closed bag that had air, and the total grams were more than I asked for by 60g. Please pay attention to these details.
An employee told me that should learn to speak French, after I politely explained that I don't speak French. I'm from Ontario and visiting MTL. I felt this is rude customer service.
