Placed an order on door dash at 6:30pm, estimated delivery time 7:15-7:35. Ok that’s long. I’ll pay for express delivery. After 30 minutes Jazz decided to push my delivery time back by another hour! Without advising me of the change. Terrible service still waiting for my order to be made at ... the restaurant!!! Not even to be delivered 2hrs later and 4 rolls are not even made yet!! I liked a lot the atmosphere, the food seems fresh. They have been always busy and it took like 5 minutes to order but they are so kind , I felt welcomed. I have been always enjoyed the meal and I love this place in Valleyfield. Highly recommend
Awesome service, good food but still pretty pricey, waited 45 minutes for second round of sushis (2 rolls)... restaurant 2/3 empty... never again.
The pricing is outrageous. The employees are quebecois, not even authentic japanese quality. Rice wasnt fresh, VERY dry. The soy sauce was real sushi soy sauce, tasted store bought. Wasabi was brownish. Sloppy presentation. We had to PAY for the sauces. Never going there again.
