I had a recent experience for a friends birthday at milestones where I recieved Thalia as our server. The food was great, although the service was awful. We were never greated and was only offered water and never asked about what we wanted. Never came to check that our food ... was good, and we watched her prioritize other tables way more then our own. I recently visited Milestones for my birthday, and it was an absolute nightmare. Our server, Thalia, was shockingly rude and inattentive from the moment we sat down. She seemed annoyed whenever we tried to get her attention. The drinks were a complete joke – watered down and tasteless. When I asked ... for shots, Thalia lied and said it was last call, even though it was far from closing time. When I pointed this out, she rolled her eyes and walked away. The manager's intervention was no better; after some back and forth, they absurdly claimed my blood alcohol content was too high to serve me more drinks. I never acted inappropriately or rudely, so this accusation was not only false but also insulting. The food, once the highlight of this establishment, was atrocious. The spaghetti was dry, clearly microwaved, and utterly disappointing. This restaurant used to be my favorite spot in the city, but after this horrific experience, I will never set foot in there again. Milestones at any location never disappoints us. Loved the freshness of the meal, the environment and the friendly staff.

Came on Good Friday. Started with the starter Caesar and the fish cakes. Very tasty. My partner had the fish tacos and I had the wagyu meatloaf. Very tasty.

One of our favourite restaurants in London Ontario. The food is great, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is very good with music playing not too loud. We have always had a good time here. The drinks are exceptionally nice.
