Domino’s Pizza - London, Ontario

This has been my go to pizza delivery place for years, but recently it's started to go downhill. Their drivers and in-store staff are very courteous and delivery is prompt, but the food quality is starting to suffer. Several orders in a row now are severely lacking toppings (BBQ chicken ... pizza with no cheese, philly cheese steak pizza with basically no steak and overcompensated with extra extra extra mushrooms, etc). I'm not sure if it's a profit margin thing, and they're just cutting back on toppings in order to maintain profits, but whatever the case may be, these pizzas are not being made to spec. YMMV. I make better pizza at home, but convenience is the only thing that keeps me ordering delivery. I'm starting to rethink my position on that. Read more

The 50% online app was perfect value for our family, thin crust with extra sauce and cheese for our Large Deluxe and Large Hawaiian. I also used the accumulated points to get a free 2 topping medium. Cheese bread had no cheese Philly cheese pizza was burned but still good Everything else was great

Ordered this pizza on Feb 16th evening. Who cuts a pizza like this? Do better, dominos. Customers pay you their hard earned money. Be a little respectful. Shame 👎

If you want improperly cooked pizza they have you covered! Ask for it to be slightly less cooked than usual so you don’t end up with burnt hard crust and they send you home with raw dough. Cheese? Who needs cheese when you can have a soupy amount of sauce? ... And don’t worry, they will mess up your order, remake it and mess it up again! Both experiences here were absolute trash.
