Ok, so my partner went there to get some food, and the staff at the drive thru not only acted like it was refusing service, but also didn't want to explain why certain items on the menu were not available. They just didn't had it and that's it. After fanilly ... geting through with half of the items, the person still rolled her eyes and treated my partner as a weirdo. I get it about the availability of items, that doesn't give reason for bad attitude and bad service towards customer. Clean space with lots of seating options. The staff were fast and took orders as soon as we entered. I checked the reviews before we go in and it was 3.8. Not sure why the medium rating, bit our experience was very positive.

I always place online order when grabbing food from this location and there’s always something or the other wrong with the order placed. Lost track of all orders and didn’t make things in order. About fifteen people waiting for food at all times. If they simply made one order at a time or kept all orders together rather than serving one part at a time then it would be faster. And the table ... was sticky. Extremely convenient location and a good solid Timmies, however because it's crazy busy the line up to get served can be quite long and frustrating to stand there with nobody paying any attention to you as they only seemed concerned with serving people at the drive through. On the plus, there ... is a good range and quantity of yummy donuts and the restaurant does offer plenty of cosy, convenient and clean seating areas in a nice vibe which has excellent upkeep and cleanliness.
