I went for a root beer float.This is no longer on the menu. It's been replaced with sweet cream root beer slushy. It was disgusting no flavor. Complained they wouldn't give my money back. They said to leave the sweet cream root beer on the counter and help yourself to a ... fountain drink which had no flavor as well. These people are adding less flavor to safe money.This place is run by people who don't speak English. Poor communication. They only speak English when you show them the money. Read more

Love a&w but DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AT LUNCH. It will definitely not get to you in time. I have ordered from here for lunch many times over the years and every single time it does not show up for an hour. Finally learned my lesson. Never again.

I don't waste my time making these reviews...even though I've been extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with the service at countless fast food outlets...mostly because I don't know if the owner of these establishments actually read these. But this is something that I feel I have to convey. I just visited ... the drive through at the St James A&W. And even though the onion rings that I got were cold....I was pleasantly pleased to converse with a person in which english was their first language. And most of all it was nice to see a smiling courteous friendly face! Read more

we ordered drive thru, I said PLAIN, no onions, no pickles, no sauce, no seasoning. went home and boom its with everything. please properly train your employees. It says on my receipt. Had a great dining experience here. Staff was very friendly and my food was cooked fresh. Restaurant was clean and the food was tasty. Fast food didn't have to be a negative experience and this location proves this. Great spot for a quick bite.
