If you are looking for a place to enjoy the gelato, then look no further. This is the best gelato in Winnipeg. Three generations of gelatos with so many choices. Caveat: Late evening, they usually run out of some flavours. Their gelato has so much flavour, and it is all ... homemade. (Well, you know what I mean.) My friend orders it from BC whenever I fly out to the west. (Need a decent size dry ice for this.) Staff are always courteous and friendly. Gelato is sweet but not overly sweet like other places. Fabulous homemade food. Maria was amazing and so enthusiastic to recommend 3 dishes to us. My apologies for he less than pretty photos, we started eating right away. The sauces were just wonderful, so full of fresh tomatoes flavor. We had portobello mushroom ravioli and gnocci. The bread, which ... seemed to be infused with rosemary and thyme was a perfect complement and the Chicken Parmigiano was the best I have ever had. I highly recommend having lunch here.
