Taco Bell - Windsor, Ontario

Hi, I went to pick up two orders at around 8pm on 28th Jun 2024 as I do food delivery job. One order was ready which I picked up and I told the guy who was at the register about the 2nd order and his immediate reply was in rude ... tone that order is not ready yet. I said ok. Then he said these are three drinks and put in the tray, then I asked him to put them in the tray, and he did so. Then I wanted to talk to supervisor about the behavior and unfortunately he was the supervisor. When he came to see me then I asked him ,that being a supervisor your attitude is so rude. Then he said that the tray is not mandatory. Then I asked that Can you carry three drinks and then he changed his version that I asked you that do you need the tray. He is not doing any favour as customer is paying for his food. I am picking up food on behalf of customer. This restaurant is running because of the customer and I feel customer is being humiliated by the behavior of such incompetent person. Thanks Read more

Tacos were good but whatever the new seasoning is they put on the fries is disgusting and the girl working the drive thru is rude and has no manners 😒 very disappointed as we used to always use this location

The tacos are good, but they're getting cheap on the filling. The prices go up but you get less and less meat. Sometimes, you get lucky with an employee who makes a decent taco. The regular taco as I got it shouldn't be more than $1.50 each. The sour cream ... on the side was terrible, get the good stuff. Read more

Not really pleased with the takeout. Ate in the car while fresh but it tasted off. Haven't been there for a while and probably won't rush back.

Excellent service and crispy hard taco shells!! Find around 1130pm is best time to visit for best tasting TB I've had.
