Went for brunch with my wife, very friendly service. Food was quickly prepared and very tasty, all prepared homemade! We spoke with the new owner who wanted to know what we thought. Food was just decent when it did arrive, but it took an extremely long wait time just for some eggs and the diner wasn't busy. We were never approached again after receiving the food or asked how it was and our drinks remained empty. I wouldn't go back ... while there are other places to go. The cutlery also is brought wrapped in a scratchy washcloths, there were no napkins. No bill was brought to us, eventually we approached the counter to try and pay after sitting there with empty plates and drinks for a while. Read more

Very surprised by the menu and the costs. Earlier we did a search for a quaint place for brunch. Other places ranged from 5.50 to 7.00 with same meal or bigger and coffee was included. The server, we being the only two customers in at 1:45 in the afternoon, was ... very quick to return for menus. Still in shock at prices and hadn't made a decision. Her demeanor was snappy. Asked for peameal bacon but was not informed of extra cost. Waitress did not make a pleasant visit. With her snappy behavior in retrieving the menus we made our decision to leave the establishment. My daughter's would be appalled by the services since they are in the same industry. Read more

This place is awesome. My breakfast was huge and very inexpensive. My wife got the club and she loved it too. It even came with homemade chips! The owner is hilarious and talked to everyone that was in the diner like we were in her kitchen. A must try!
