Starbucks - Windsor, Ontario

I don't drink coffee but I do drink hot tea and it was good what they had my wife and I stopped at this particular location since we had just crossed the border from Detroit to Windsor just adventure Canada a little bit. Which we originally came from Austin, TX. ... This was in the cold around Dec 2017 which I am just getting to a review now. Good establishment the staff was good and everything was fresh the stool seating was nice to be able to look directly out of the window while sipping your hot tea when it is snowing and 23 degrees out. If I am ever in Windsor again I would definitely go back to this location. Read more

Place was clean and bright, especially for how busy it must be at times downtown. I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff as I had my son there for his first Starbucks visit. He was a bit overwhelmed with all the choices, but as no ... one else was in line, the team took the time to explain things. We both had a great experience as a result. Thanks again guys! Read more

Yikes! I was actually really disappointed the last time I went to this location. Usually the people are really nice but this last Monday that was not the case. The young man behind the register was completely indifferent to being at work. And the young woman making the drinks got ... into a full blown argument with a guest about things that had nothing to do with coffee like health care and unions. It escalated to the point where the guest standing next to me said "If I were him I'd be thankful she's not making my coffee." (He ordered a black coffee.) I had to agree. And another person working there stood by and laughed at the situation. I didn't recognize any of these baristas. I was completely shocked because, as I said, usually this location is spot on. I'm really hoping they were just having an off day. But, off day or not, their attitude should be addressed by the store manager because arguing with and laughing at a customer is NOT okay. I used to work at a Starbucks and if we'd behaved like that we'd have been sent home. Read more

Lovely staff and service. They always greet their customers with a smile. They always remember my name, and are so cool about ordering complicated drinks.

Very friendly staff and great seating available. Drinks have always been on point and usually lots of people are there of a variety of age groups and backgrounds. Nice place to bring your laptop and go to work.
