This dirty bird location is still better than popeyes because they at least fully cook the chicken. However it still sucks. The best location is at Erie and the older woman is very nice and they bring the dirty bird right to the table. But the fountain pop sucks there. ... They should clean the machines. Read more

Kentucky Fried Chicken, used to have a great taste and qualified staff. Now KFC Is a bunch of Dirty Birds!! That's what we call it on this side of town. I have been there a few times. I find that the customers who are polite and courtesy and patient are given extra free food to compensate for the sometimes lengthy wait. But truly it's chicken it takes time to cook properly and if you go during peak times ... you should expect to wait. Anyone who has delivery will not receive the best looking food because the excess fat will seep. It's the nature of the beast and if you are too stupid to know that deep fried foods do that then stop eating there. Fried foods always become soggy if not eaten immediately. The store manager/supervisor does an excellent job as far as her concern for the employees well being in the summer heat as it's not air conditioned. Read more

The chicken in the wraps and for the sandwich were all very clearly sitting around old and reheated. The poutine I ordered wasn't even remotely warm... I even had it sit awhile before I got to it, curds still completely curds not even remotely melted. I had ordered bottles pops, ... they didn't have any so they gave me cans, which would've been fine if they had given me a discounted price instead of still paying the extra for the bottles!
