This location is a joke. Why is it even still open. I asked for two breakfast bagels. Identical except one on an everything bagel, one on sesame. I got two sesames. The bagels were soggy and tasteless on a whole. The breakfast wrap over toasted, uncut and bland…. Disappointed. Just ... go to the other location closer to University of Waterloo. Wayyy better. Food service was excellent. I had veg panini with latte. Really enjoyed the food. Staff was friendly. Old aesthetic vibes, loved it. Definitely visiting again.

Went here with my girlfriend for a cute date, she tried ordering over easy eggs and a double double coffee the employee said they didn’t have those and that all they had were scrambled eggs, her coffee also came out stale and bitter. When we got our food there were ... these rubber eggs that probably came out of a tube, they are very rubbery and pretty much inedible, definitely not as fresh as the sign says, so disappointed good thing Tim’s is next door 😁.
