Went to Dockside for father’s day and our server, Lara, created an unforgettable experience for us. Her kindness, enthusiasm, and attention to detail really made a huge impact on our dining. Truly a special time, thanks to her.

A spring day, a waterfront hotel, and a restaurant. All quite beautiful. Even if the food offered had been average, Dockside would be worth visiting. Luckily the food was above average. So was the service. The wine list offered a variety of choices, including several fine BC wines. The drinks ... menu is worth looking at even if you order nothing. It's a creative illustration that other restaurants must envy. The Caesar salad was delightful. Hearts of romaine were dressed perfectly and topped with delicious garlic-anchovy breadcrumbs and Grana Padano cheese. We shared cheese fondue with roast potatoes, bread, and apples. Looking at the dinner menu, we decided that Dockside merits another visit. Read more

Nice atmosphere with lots of natural light due to the big windows. Tasty and fresh food. I loved the tiramisu. Friendly and very attentive staff, I lost one earring in the washroom, called to the restaurant to inform and requested if they found it to give me a call back, ... the attendant did it and next day I went back to pick it up. Wow!🤩 The Christmas Dinner Buffet for $149.00 per person was truly grand and totally worth it. Highly recommend this annual feast allowing you to try so many of their menu items at once in buffet format. The lobster tails were perfectly cooked with juicy, sweet, crisp lobster meat and snappiness. ... The spread and variety of foods offered was absolutely outstanding! The quality of every dish was superb and tasted just as good as when you order items a la carte. The pumpkin spice crème brûlée was super tasty and the Brussels sprouts were so flavourful. The prime rib was cooked perfectly medium rare and juicy. The Mac and cheese was so cheesy with real cheese. The sweet potato puree was so creamy too! Honestly, everything I ate was splendid. You can see the pictures for reference. The only thing missing was that the menu advertised a live crème brûlée station we were excited for but there was only crème brûlées on a tray. The menu also listed pies and cheesecakes which were not offered when we went. However, the meal was still nonetheless very satisfying and such a great, amazing feast. Read more
