I've been meaning to go for awhile and was happy I did! The restaurant is cool. It's pretty easy going in there with a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that is quite playful. The food is meant for sharing so that's what my group did. I'd highly recommend the cauliflower and octopus ... dishes-they were my favourite. It was a treat to go eat somewhere that serves a fun and different variety of Mexican food aside from tacos. Mexican food is so diverse so it was nice to see that represented. Creative food and really delicious! Spacious and really nice interior design. Good for casual dine out, date night, but not for corporate dinner. Family and kids friendly. The washroom is clean and user friendly. Vegetarian and pescatarian friendly, not for vegan. The stuff are assertive and very polite.

Really good food. It's not your typical Mexican place. I thought it was unique and interesting. Perhaps my favorite item on the menu was the cauliflower. These were definitely the best cauliflower I've had in my entire life. The pine nut tomato puree was an absolutely delicious sauce. And the ... way they cook the cauliflower was just perfect. You would think it's crazy that I'm spending several sentences talking about cauliflower, but it really was delicious. Definitely get the guacamole. I loved how finally grated the feta cheese was. I've never had feta cheese that way and it was absolutely delicious. And don't forget the habanero salsa. Drizzle that all over the salsa and use the homemade tortilla chips in you're in for a real treat. Definitely some of the best guacamole I've had as well. he other menu items were also pretty good. Great location with fantastic service. All the food was fresh and tasty. I got the Kale Salad and Tuna Ceviche to start. My mom had the root vegetables. Would go back again just for their patio! The drink is a hibiscus drink. Very refreshing.

Very unique and wonderfully prepared food. The grilled cactus was surprisingly flavour and very tasty. The pasta dish was top notch and I could have had a bowl of that as my main. Sharing style menu so you get to try a lot of different options. The desserts were ... all quite different (chickpea cake!?) but all tasty.
