Refused to honor National Smoothie Day BOGO promotion! Cashier said you need to be a Jugo juice member so we signed up on the spot, once we had our membership card she said the system won't allow her to process the promo for a few hours... none of this was written ... on the Jugo Juice IG page so we ended up going to another location and got the promo there, no membership required! Overpriced and not tasty protein shake. They even charged me extra when I asked for vegan protein!! The drink was big tho.

One of the best Jugo juice locations, with sitting inside and out. Its nice to have a snack or drink for a seawall walk. We ordered a big blueberry protein smoothie and Kale aid freshly squeezed juice. Both beverages were tasty. The service was fast and friendly :)

I got the Tropical Green Protein which was OK, but lacked any kind of real bursting flavors and that fresh crispy tasting kick you normally get from a smoothie. The staff apart from one nice lady, are completely clueless and unwelcoming, makes a super weird vibe and their corporate communications are ... printed publically on the walls is very unprofessional. I've had some good experiences with Jugo Juice and it's rewards points, but never around downtown and in this area they all seem to be notoriously poor and not up to scratch with other joints in Vancouver that are offering a better product, bigger sizes and at a lower price. The Vegan Protein is $2.25 extra, which I think is literally an insane markup and unfair substitute! Wow.. I know Vega isn't the cheapest brand, but I'm not an idiot. Read more
