We went here for all you can eat lunch. There are 9 of us. When we asked for the bill, the lady supervisor charge 11 people and and 18% tip auto added to the bill. We have to tell her to correct the bill. This is a one star service ... and don't deserve 18% gratuity. For $65 per person, there are variety of food but many food trays are empty without immediately refills. Not coming back ever again. Read more

I recently visited the Pan Pacific Hotel and had a mixed experience. The salad bar was very good, offering a nice variety. However, the overall food selection was small and mostly pasta, and the dishes were quite ordinary. The dessert table was good, but the music was way too loud, ... which made it hard to enjoy a calm atmosphere. On the bright side, the service provided by Ruith and Kelley was excellent. They were very friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. Despite the disappointing food and noisy environment, their service made a positive impact. One of the best buffet place in vancouver for sure. We came here for Mother’s Day brunch and everyone loves it. They have hundreds of food selection. They are all well presented as well. We decided to indulge in the Sunday buffet and wisely reserved a table in advance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Located inside the Canada Place building, you'll need to take the escalator up to the third floor (floor 0) to find the restaurant; it's right in front as you ... ascend. The ambiance was comfortable, and we truly appreciated the impeccable service. The dessert selection was extensive, offering a delightful array of choices. Among the savory delights, the shrimp and smoked salmon stood out as personal favorites. Read more

Amazing selection at their brunch buffet. Food is amazing. The roast beef and salmon wellington from the chef cutting station was delicious! Don't forget to save room and get the dessert early! They run out and may not refill!
