Certainly the best dining experiences we've ever had. Chef Matteo prepared some amazing seasonal dishes and paired them with some amazing drinks from the bar staff. So much amazing pasta, risotto and seafood. Burrata, scallops what a meal. Easy must go in Vancouver.

I had a fantastic experience here with 8 other people. The server did a great job with handling all of our orders and conversing with us casually. The pastas, as reviewed by my friends, were all really delicious. The bolognese had a great texture and balance of meat (actual meat ... and not just sauce). We got a complimentary dessert with chocolate writing, which was really considerate and kind. Aside from the tiramisu that we ordered, the complimentary dessert (I’m unsure what it’s called) was also just the right amount of sweet and warm, and it was such a special bonus to the night. The food, drink and desert are super good. Service is good but could be better. We tried 3 different dishes all of them were yummy. Would highly recommend the place. Their truffle dishes are my most favorite. 👌🏼

We initially chose the Italian Kitchen because it was close to our hotel and we were looking for Italian food… What a superb choice we made! Our server, Daniel P. was amazing… he literally sat down at the table and talked us through the menu.
