Extremely rude staff from the beginning before I even made my order. One of the girls that was counting the till cash told me to go to the next till in a very rude tone almost like I was inconveniencing her. Then the whole time while I’m making my order ... with the guy at the till, the two girls were behind him and kept whispering and looking back at me. Then when I got my order they left out the fries so I had to go back and ask for it. The girl that I met with at the counter that was really rude earlier when telling me to go to the next till, was acting like I was just trying to get free fries and didn’t even believe me until I found my receipt and showed her. This was such a wild ride of terrible food AND customer service. I ordered my food and the person who took my order went and sat on a crate by the door to the back kitchen on his phone. Another person made my burrito. When she finished the burrito she called ... it out. The guy on his phone then walked to the sink and proceeded to wash his hands…. With no soap. Just a quick rinse and paper towel. I don’t understand why the burrito maker couldn’t put it on my tray? Instead I had to wait for this guy to rinse his hands and to get my burrito. Gross. Why waste my time if you’re just going to disregard basic hygiene anyways. When he handed me the tray I pointed out that the burrito was smaller than usual. Taco Time is my favourite comfort food. I come once a week as a treat. I know what the burritos should look like. This was a baby burrito. Tiny. Nothing. He pushed back telling me that was a normal regular sized burrito. I pushed back, he told me again, I gave up. Well I took a bite and was stoked to see I in fact was just served a tortilla and lettuce with a wiff of beans and a hint of rice. Picture attached! This isn’t the first time this location has wronged me. In the last 6 months quality has dropped dramatically. It’s almost laughable what I’ve gotten during some of my visits. The people making to food don’t care AT ALL. So I wanted to say something. I went back and asked them for a manager’s contact info. The woman who made my burrito pulled me aside and said she could make a new burrito. I explained that I ate the terrible burrito. I didn’t want another one. I wanted to know the best way I could speak to a manager. I told her I would prefer to send my feedback internally so they can maintain their standards and give guidance. She refused. She refused to give me any info and she just kept repeating “I’ll make you a new burrito.” Insane. Unhinged. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and I’ve never just repeated some bizarre and useless solution that the customer clearly doesnt want AND I was already refused a new burrito when I pointed out how small it was to the man who doesn’t know how to wash his hands. If she wanted to prove she could do it right she failed the first time. This spot used to rule and now it sucks and it’s so frustrating my only option was to write a review. I high key want this location to be my spot again, but apparently they don’t care about customers. UPDATE: you’ll see the below reply asking me to email them so they can contact me. The food was decent. It was the healthier kind of fast food that made me feel less guilty about eating out, until you have the fried potatoes which were pretty good! The service was quite quick. It did not take long to have our food ready. The price was reasonable. The best part ... was that food court was fairly clean with bright lighting and plenty of tables. Read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Customer service zero. These girls just talk to each other all the time. Had to get two burritos and then one was chicken one was beef I took the beef one and gave chicken one to my friend who doesnt eat beef and guess what? The sticker which had ... chicken on it was actually beef! He bit into it and was shocked. Couldn't eat the rest. Doesnt eat beef and suddenly bites into a "chicken" burrito and eats beef! Such terrible service and zero care for customers health. Head office needs to reach out to us immediately. Read more
