Tried to get food once and no one seemed to be working. When i do get food it is decent but not enough to put up with the staff that failed to serve me. This was 2 months ago so the service may have changed.

I stopped coming here months ago when I had 3 horrible transactions in a row (no lettuce/pico/jalapeños twice at all for the rest of day and I was ordering during a lunch rush and awful awful AWFUL service from all the never smiling people behind the counter). The burritos are ... $7.99+tax and end up being mostly tortilla. This last time i requested extra beans as I'm a vegan so no protein to really fill up the burrito and they put about 2 tablespoons of dried out, scraped from the bottom of the pan black beans on the wrap. This is after id previously asked for extra lettuce and was denied because they were low (who orders for this place? Because they need to up their produce) and they tried to charge me for a side of beans....left the burrito and a confused looking teenager behind. Needless to say my own fault since my last orders were complete trash but I was just really hungry for quick mexi food. Don't waste your time, money, or smiles on this pitiful place... Read more

Waited 7 minutes out front. Nobody came out for seven minutes. Awful. Then when they came out, no apology, nothing. Ordered my meal. Halfway through putting it together I'm told no. There is no beef. Awful. Almost laughable. Don't go here.

Bad service. Two days in the row I have been trying to order. Two days nobody there...just keep waiting on somebody to show up. U suppose to ring the bell but even after no-one shows up

Often have low supply and very cheap on actual ingredients. I think my taco salad had 5 small pieces of tomato... aND supervisor commented on the amount of lettuce... saying it was too much! They are definitely over restricted at this one. The one on Granville closed down.. that one ... was much much better! Read more
