Great Hamburgers! Especially like the Ultimate Cheeseburger...I added extra cheddar slices. Filling hamburger with tasty meat and slightly sweet bun. Little Pricey for fast food but worth the money, better than equally priced Fatburger, Five Guys and White Spot. Besides looking like a bathroom with all the white tilling, the food ... and presentation is worth the visit. For fast food, Johnny Rockets is a solid 5 stars. I have come here many times and it’s always consistent; Hamburgers are tasty with high quality ingredients being used and they are not sloppily made either like other places. When you order you receive a number and they deliver ... your food right your table, nicely presented in a basket. Service is always very friendly and the restaurant is very clean as well with a nice open atmosphere.They also have a Coke Freestyle machine here which is a selling point for me. As far as fast food restaurants go, Johnny Rockets is miles ahead. The first thing is the food is cooked fresh to order. The ingredients are clearly good quality and they deliver your order to your table hot. There is care and attention put to the assembly and presentation of ... the food. And it tastes great! Secondly, the restaurant itself is very clean, modern, well maintained. If you've been to Johnny Rockets in the US, forget what you know. The Canadian version is far, far superior. Friendly staff round out the experience. I can recommend the Smokehouse burger, which I had, and my partner loved his crispy chicken sandwich. Yum. We’ll be back for sure. Read more

LOVED this place!! I would honestly go as far as saying they’re better than Five Guys. This location is still relatively new and so there aren’t many customers, unlike many other fast food chains and so it’s very convenient, quick and clean. The staff are also amazingly nice and the ... food is great. Their meals tasted gourmet and yummy. If one were to go here, I would definitely recommend The Rocket burger and the vanilla milkshake! First off, for a fast food joint this place is amazing through and through. Price point is very reasonable. Combos cost $10 where as Carl’s Jr down the street is about $15. They have a Coca Cola Freestyle! The fries are not too salty and salt and pepper can be ... found right at your table! Very clean restaurant! Every table has a power outlet and includes USB outlets. The burgers were tasty. Juice was coming out. You could really tell they were fresh patties. My wife and I shared The Ultimate and The Smokehouse. We prefer our fries less cooked (soft). They accommodated our request without any hesitation. Our food was brought to our table for us. After having a few bites, someone did a check back to see how we liked everything! We were so pleasantly surprised by this as check backs are getting more and more rare at sit down restaurants in Vancouver.
