Did not complete requested instructions for removed items on food. Food was cold upon arrival. I have ordered takeout and received better quality that stayed warm during transit. NOT worth the money spent.

I am surprised by the bad reviews. I come here quite often for ice cream in between my job sites (and sometimes get lunch in addition to ice cream) I think the food is pretty great and consistent.....the owner is really friendly, ... and when I do come on weekends (sometimes) his staff is really great..... My daughter and I came here for a quick dinner and were so delighted as to how good the food was. Piping hot and crispy fries. Freshest buns I’ve ever tasted. Even the sundae was perfect and served at the perfect time. So impressed and grateful

My father went in to get his free bday shake and he is not great with technology. His app wouldn’t scan in store and the staff there were not willing to help him out on how he had to use it to get the item. They just denied his bday ... treat. He is never going back. Disgusting and dirty inside the restaurant, slow service and mediocre “food”. Filled with the cheapest customers you can imagine; coughing and sneezing all over your food. Sticky floors and tables, ketchup covered chairs, and urine covered bathrooms. I don’t know what kind of customers are careless enough to spend any money ... here.
