That was Amazing!!! The Best Noodles!!! And the Dumplings are Phenomenal!!! 🙏🥢🥡❤️ I will definitely order again! The Chicken 🍗 was so tender and the dumplings 🥟 were so fresh! Highly recommend the Veggie Dumplings and the Chicken Noodles!

Beef roll had nice crusty wrap but hoisin sauce tasted a little musty. Cucumber Salad yummy. Cut noodles with cumin lamb okay, meat tender. Xiao long bao semi-deflated and a bit bland. First impression is nice and clean. Not busy, got a table right away. Large menu, covers all bases. Dan Dan noodles are ok. Pork buns and beef rolls were the best items.

I have been visiting the “Peaceful Restaurant” at Kingsway near Joyce Street several times. A main impression has always been that they do not have a proper time and material management: One day we had to wait for more than an hour to get delivered one of our ordered items. ... When complaining about that they told me that the dish would come next, within three minutes. In reality, three other dishes were served before ours and it took 15 minutes until it arrived at our table. (I assumed that they simply forgot that item.) When leaving the restaurant they assured me that it would have been an extraordinary busy day and that next time it would be certainly better. When I came another time one of the orders could not be completely filled since they run out of one of the ingredients despite it was early afternoon and it was not busy at all. Pointing that out to the server, I got again the answer the we went there at a bad time and an hour later would have been better (despite the restaurant was not even half full). Regarding the dishes, it appeared that they were made fresh and the noodles were homemade. The taste was not extraordinary, just average good. Only one dish tasted a bit burned. Another issue we had with the steamed dumplings: Since they were placed close to each other they were sticking often to each other. Due to the very thin dough (cost savings?) it was almost impossible to take them undamaged; the broth was leaking out before we were able to eat the dumplings. Large dishes for family style sharing. Good food, vegetarian friendly options (items marked V can be made vegetarian). Enjoyed the clear noodle salad - warning it is very very garlicky!
