Very cool spot and a great seafood experience if you’re staying in Vancouver. We sat right at the counter which was a fun experience as you get to watch the staff chuck oysters and prepared the various dishes. The oyster are the highlight. Fresh and tasty. We then enjoyed a ... unique seafood take on the traditional charcuterie board, they call it “Seacuterie”. Not everything on the board is bragging worthy. It was especially disappointing to find out that they serve canned mussels instead of fresh. However, we were super impressed with all of the pickled veggies. Really tasty and a great compliment to the rest of the protein. We also got the truffle fries which was served cold. So that was disappointing and takes the review from a 5 to a 4. Read more

The oysters were super fresh and well cleaned. The clam chowder was very thickened and full of clams and fillings. I really love this raw scallops and sashimi prawn However, the oyster martini tasted too strong for me that I couldn’t finish the drink and it was a little overpriced. ... It was our first time here and it was a very enjoyable experience. When we first booked our hotel we noticed that Fanny Bay was so close, so the convenience of walking there was so nice! Overall the customer service was great, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere ... was lovely! We also had our little one with us and she's 2, and the staff were super accommodating and helpful. We absolutely loved it here as the delectable seafood and ambience was exquisite and we can't wait to come back! Read more

Great place for big groups (5-6 people). The crabonara was quite good, I asked them to make it as non fishy as possible and I couldn’t taste the ocean! Very accommodating and attentive staff. Service - Right off the bat, their operations are top notch. Service at the table was excellent. We came during the happy hour and there was a line. We put our name on the queue, gave them our number, and received a text when our table was ready and held ... for 15 mins. Perfect as we roamed around the neighborhood. Food - the oysters tasted great, but they were small. The clam chowder is the manhattan style, not the New England version. It was okay but it’s not worth $20 dollars. The mussels were just okay. The fried oysters are awesome. Parking - it was the weekend. We easily found street parking a block away. Verdict - we weren’t impressed with the food and likely won’t be back. Read more
