This is more of a pick up and go sort of a bubble tea place as they have no tables and very limited seating. That said, they do have some really interesting options available. Taste: 6/10 Value: 6/10 Ordered Black tea with milk foam on discount that day - difficult to drink as no lid given. They offered to seal it and punch a hole which I opted not to do. I've been ordering TTOB at work for a couple months now and they've yet to disappoint anyone here yet. The teas and bubble waffles are a hit, and they always send a bonus item when we do big orders! Love this place!

Just noticed that this place has finally opened for business when walking home from work. Service was friendly and they had $1 off bubble teas and waffles. BBT was ready pretty quick but the waffle took a little longer, as they were made to order Like many bbt places, they allow ... you to customize the amount of sugar and ice in your drink. My standard bbt order of passion fruit tea with half sugar, no ice was still a tad too sweet for myself. Must go with 30% next time. The original bubble waffle was delicious warm I have a feeling once this place gets busy, you may be waiting for your bubble waffles for a while; I only saw two waffle irons behind the counter and the shop will be offering bubble waffle sundaes soon. They are still working out the logistics as it was their first(?) day, but in the meantime, I'm going to take advantage of the $1 discount off drinks during this heat wave! Read more

Had to give this place a try. I ordered the "princess kitten" milk tea, with grass jelly - it was on point and tasted great. The staff are super friendly, and patient. I'd definitely go back to try the Oreo milk tea next time.
