Not listed as an obvious self service tim hortons, don’t expect any food or anything at this location… totally ruined breakfast plans for no reason and caused unnecessary stress due to its ridiculous and inconvenient location.

Tim Hortons is always known for quick and convenience. But one thing I wish they would improve is quality. Asides from everything being machine made, the staff and the menu were very confusing. Often the limited edition items are just regular coffee just in a different cup, or with a topping. ... It's really misleading. I ordered the Limited Edition Tim Biebs cold brew, and I had to repeat myself because they didn't know what that was. When I pointed to the picture on the screen, they said, "oh. ONE VANILLA CREAM COLD BREW". bro. If it's just vanilla cream cold brew, then don't label it as limited edition. Whenever I see more limited edition items, I get skeptical. This is the best Tim's in Vancouver. Its DIY station but the staff @7-11 brew fresh coffee every 20 minutes, they clean the coffee containers regularly. You can redeem your 7-11 points for free Tim hortons coffee that's great. They have free masks for customers if you forget yours lol.

Misrepresented as a full-serve Tim Hortons. The location is a 7-11 with a Tim Hortons coffee bar. Not conducive to a breakfast option. Head to the McDonalds next door for a hot menu.

This is more of a 711 with a gas station attached that serves Tim Hortons coffee inside. I love this spot. I visit at least once a day because it has everything you need. It's a nice clean store with lots to offer. This location also includes a bathroom as ... well as an ATM. Read more
