Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company and their gear. I figured they deserved a shout out. I still have my first pair of shoes from 5 years ago which have somehow survived years of gym abuse and backpacking through Asia. I now have 5 different ... pairs ranging from the Interval, Transit, to Chill Pill low and Mids. Some I use for the gym as they are light/comfortable/durable but some are just for everyday. If you are going to be on your feet, these are like clouds, and the styles are great. Simple but noticeable. I've also got a sweater and the FWD Cropped pants - which I wear way too much -but they are just so dope. Strike Mvmnt shoes are lightweight, comfy, stable and so versatile. I use them as my everyday casual shoes and also have a few pairs for CrossFit. The staff here are great and very helpful! They even brought over shoes from their North Van location to gastown for me to try ... on! I love these shoes and for the past 5years they’ve been my “go-to”. Working out 🏋️, walking the dogs 🐶, traveling or casual business meetings, these shoes do it!

I've been wearing Strike Mvmnt since 2013. I love the style, the shoes and the product. I started wearing them to be my primary trainers in Vancouver while doing CrossFit. I even ran a half marathon in them. Since then, I've spread the word about my love for the shoes ... and have most of the members at my gym wearing them now. Aesthetically and functionally, this is the best shoe, period. Since 2013, shoe sizing has been inconsistent and customer service has been lacking to say the least. Our gym members have given that feedback about poor customer service and sizing issues to us since we recommended this brand to them, yet we always gave Strike the benefit of the doubt. We've had quality issues before and they rectified them begrudgingly. It was like pulling teeth with multiple phone calls. (Quality issues are expected as no product is perfect) My wife and I purchased a new pair of Chill Pills each a couple of months ago. We ordered the same size as we always do (since we have over 4 pairs each of this shoe). My wife can't even lace hers up as they are painfully small. We brought this up to their customer service department hoping they would be able to come up with a solution. It took them 10 days to respond to our email telling us how to return them (pretty much copy and paste from the website). Didn't even reference the fact that we had a complaint about the inconsistent sizing.Their sizing guide on their website has been down for a while, so it's impossible to know how to size a shoe. I really really really want to love this company, but it's obvious that customer service is not their top priority. I'll still be a customer when I need new shoes and I'm in Vancouver to try them on. However, I cannot recommend this brand in good conscience to any more of the members at my affiliate. Read more

Excellent customer service, amazing footwear with Awesome pricing! I loved the way the sales rep explained the technical performance of the footwear Mark was the who was helping me and he made sure I had the perfect fit and style for my feet. We tried 2 sizes and several styles. Each time he ... felt my toes to check if the fit was perfect and he gave his professional opinion which was greatly appreciated. My girlfriend and I were on a lunch hour and they understood that we did not have a lot of time to shop. BRILLIANT in customer services. Mark was honest and he listened well in what I was looking for so I requested for simplicity trendy style breathable low maintenance easy to clean, light wear and most of all functional footwear to support my lower back and standing for long working hours. I was very impressed because they met all my requirements ! I recommend strike movement in a heat beat over any high end branded over priced footwear.
