Had tried to order an Iced Caramel Macchiato with almond milk (considering I am lactose intolerant), the barista taking my order had repeatedly said this drink can only be made hot and not cold? I was then given an iced Cloud caramel macchiato with REGULAR milk, nor was the drink ... made to its proper portion. This is a drink I have on the regular and I have never had this problem - with my lactose intolerance I had to throw this drink out. The baristas here are nice but I definitely think they need too train their staff better. Wait a ridiculous amount of time for a latte , even with a mobile order I show up at the recommended prep time and it still takes much longer then it should . This Starbucks is one of my regulars and I faithfully drop by every Tuesday to enjoy my weekly indulgence. The staff are always friendly and interested in their customers. I was impressed as usual till i opted to use the washroom. When I opened the door the pungent smell of urine ... overwhelmed me. Then as I looked around I could see that the floors hadn't been properly washed in quite some time - the corners were black with months of dirt built up. And, although the top part of the toilet (and sink too), were not bad, when you looked at its base it was was obvious that no cleaning had been done in several weeks. And the walls had dirty streaks all over them. It seemed more like the kind of washroom you might find at a run down gas station than the pristine facilities I have come to expect from Starbucks. I'm not sure what the staff's problem is but this issue needs to be addressed. UPDATE: As of January 2018 I am happy to report that the washroom problems have mostly been addressed and in my consideration are no longer an issue.
