Wow! What an incredible hidden gem of a restaurant. If you haven’t been, you need to go now! Easily one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. In house cured meats, quality sesame bread. This place is the bomb! Owner is fantastic as well! Keep up the great work!

I live in Hell’s Kitchen in NYC. I’ve had a lot of good sandwiches in my day. But the Doofer at Say Hey Cafe is the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, possibly ever. When I came this weekend to visit Vancouver for the first time, I was ... hoping to avoid any avalanches. But that is exactly what happened today… to my delight. Trust your Google guide, I live for a good sandwich and constantly hunt for quality and am blown away by the uniqueness of their offerings. Soft hoagie ... buns. Amazingly cooked meat and veggies options. Fresh, not stale, not small portions that leave you wanting. All you need for a lunch (and sometimes leftovers).
