I had a great time over Platform 7 Coffee, the warming of a delicate sweet little location It’s like entering a room full of energy. I’ve been welcome by a nice server. She explained the Guatemalan coffee from the siphon concept. It was delightful, light, not bitter strong but more ... like the appealing call of a delicate coffee “tea” feeling :) interesting then I got myself the deluxe ham breakfast sandwich, same it was really good 🙏🏻 thank you again, I highly recommend. Finally ticked this place off my wish. As far as I know, this is the only place serving syphon coffee in Vancouver. Bonus for the interiors having a Harry Potter kind of vibe. The ceiling also looks like a lit up night sky. As a coffee fan, I really appreciate the ... huge variety of rotating and seasonal beans available. They also have lots of brewing method. My syphon was lovely and I really enjoyed my cup of coffee. I noticed they also have a loyalty card system for regular customers. Atmosphere is also quite chill with jazz I guess you could try working or studying here, but honestly the seats are not that comfortable. Place you can relax! Great atmosphere! Love this bustling corner cafe. You can sit outside on each corner of the shop. Great for dog owners. Lots of nice baked goods, and sandwiches - but they never had the vegan chickpea they advertise. Went around noon -1 pm on weekends. ... Lines - but moving fast. You can pick from espresso bar, brew bar, tea bar or cold bar. Something for everyone. Had their amazing espresso latte couple times. Next time I'll try something from the brew bar. They have so many brewing gadgets on the counter. Would take a date inside - plenty of conversation starters. The decor is in the theme of European Train station.
