My family and I love a good breakfast and we drove about 170ish miles from Maple Valley, WA and crossed the Canadian border to try Le Petit Belge. We were really impressed with the food, bar one dish. My to-go breakfast meal is an egg Benedict and this place has ... won me over with theirs. We got waffle bases for the Benedict and they must do some kind of magic with their mix because it’s really fluffy and crunchy at the same time. The only thing we weren’t a huge fan of was the veggie bowl, there was an overindulgence of salsa (possibly), which we weren’t a huge fan of. But everything else blew us away! It’s a very tiny restaurant and there was a bit of a wait to get seated and they do require you to order and pay before you do get seated. So try to spend the time you’re waiting perusing the menu instead of dawdling like us and being surprised when asked to order when you get to the front :3 Read more
