I've been to this location many times and the servers are always fantastic, they're always friendly & helpful, they never make you wait for them but also don't rush you and let you take your time. The food is good, the atmosphere is good, but I think their servers are ... the best part of coming here, and the drinks are lovely and inventive. They have a great happy hour menu, lots of choices for food & drinks. There are stairs down to the bathrooms(lots & steep), I'm not sure if they have an accessible way down, there are also 2 large steps to get in through the front door, again I'm not sure if/where there is an accessible entrance. Had Fennie burger plus their special drink Hugo Spritz, the burger was juicy and it’s better than the ones I normally go to. But the drink taste ok, but too sour, refreshing but lacking of complex flavour. The service was great and love the pop art around the restaurant.

Always amazed at how great the food and service are at Cactus Clubs. The Broadway and Ash location is no different. Friendly hostesses right when you walk through their doors.
